DYNA-MatCH Trial Agreement
Allumina Software agrees to provide a free 90-day trial of DYNA-MatCH for evaluation purposes under the following conditions:
- There is no charge for the trial or for the materials provided.
- The trial can only be converted into a permanant license upon the written agreement of both parties, as evidenced by a signed bilateral licensing contract.
- The company requesting the trial (the "Company") will protect the confidentiality and proprietary nature of Allumina Software's product and technical documentation.
- The company will respect and protect Allumina Software's proprietary rights to the product and will not distribute or otherwise disclose the information to third parties.
